as i watched the artwork pile up and up and up, i thought i'd figure out what to do with it eventually. jack sure as heck didn't want to throw it all out, nor did i, but it was beginning to look like we'd have to buy another flat file. finally, we were visited by inspiration. we agreed on using quilting as an influence and proceeded to tape together several panels over the course of a month. now our living room wall serves as an ersatz magnum opus of jack's first year as a strawberry.
